God the Father…
…is infinite:

“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable [are] His judgments and His ways past finding out!” Romans 11:33

…is a personal Spirit:

“God [is] Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24

…is perfect in holiness:

“Exalt the Lord our God, And worship at His holy hill; For the Lord our God [is] holy.” Psalms 99:9

“[The] four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying: “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!” Rev. 4:8

“Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For [You] alone [are] holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, For Your judgments have been manifested.” Rev. 15:4

…is perfect in wisdom:

“O Lord, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions.” Psalms 104:24

 

…is perfect in power:

“O Lord God of our fathers, [are] You not God in heaven, and do You [not] rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand [is] [there] [not] power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You?” 2 Chron. 20:6

…is perfect in love:

“Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” Jer. 31:3

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

“But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).” Ephesians 2:4,5

…is merciful:

For You, Lord, [are] good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.” Psalms 86:5

…answers prayers:

In my distress I called upon the Lord, And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came before Him, [even] to His ears.” Psalms 18:6

…saves through Jesus Christ:

For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thess. 5:9
